SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING FEES
We offer Free Standard shipping on orders over €350 for customers within the EU. For orders under this amount, and for all other countries, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH All orders are processed within 1-30 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. If your order is a pre-order, sometimes orders are processed up to 90 business days from the day you place your order.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES Ignota (Casaignota.com) ships to most countries worldwide.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ignota is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
If you refuse to pay these duties and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping from your refund.
RESTRICTIONS ON DANGEROUS GOODS (PERFUMES) Since some of our products contain alcohol (perfumes), they are classified as “Dangerous Goods” for transportation. This means we must adhere to strict shipping regulations. Due to these regulations, there are certain countries or islands we may not be able to ship to via standard air freight. If we cannot ship to your location, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES Ignota is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@casaignota.com so we can assist you in locating it.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed at the pickup point or because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the return shipping costs and handling.
