  • woocommerce_cart_hash & woocommerce_items_in_cart: These cookies contain information about the cart as a whole and help WooCommerce know when the cart data changes. No personal information is stored within these cookies.

  • wp_woocommerce_session_: This cookie contains a unique code for each customer so that it knows where to find the cart data in the database for each customer. No personal information is stored within these cookies.

  • wordpress_logged_in_: If you have an account and log in, we use this cookie to identify you.

SECTION 4 – WHO ON OUR TEAM HAS ACCESS Members of our team have access to the information you provide to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and

  • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

SECTION 5 – WHAT WE SHARE WITH OTHERS We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you.

Payment Gateways: We accept payments through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Klarna). When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to the payment processor, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Shipping Providers: We share your shipping details (Name, Address, Phone number) with our shipping partners to ensure delivery of your order.

SECTION 6 – DATA RETENTION We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 10 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
