Return & Refund Policy
RETURNS Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Importantly, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of perfumes or cosmetic products if the protective seal/cellophane has been broken or removed. Or if the perfume is used.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN To initiate a return, please email us at info@casaignota.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@casaignota.com.
EXCHANGES (DEFECTIVE ITEMS) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Sometimes if it’s limited stock, we can’t offer you an exchange. We can’t be held accountable once the parcel is handed over to shipping provider. If your parcel is missing or damaged, please send us an email at info@casaignota.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless you prepaid the return shipping yourself).
IMPORTANT NOTE ON FRAGRANCES (DANGEROUS GOODS) If you are returning a fragrance/perfume, please be aware that these are often classified as “Dangerous Goods” (flammable liquids) by shipping companies. You must ensure the package is labelled correctly according to your courier’s regulations. We recommend speaking to your local post office or courier service about how to safely ship these items back to us.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
